The IEEE Computer Society Chapter in association with IEEE Student Branch at Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology conducted an Internet of Things (IoT) Workshop on 12th Oct, 2019 from 10 AM to 4 PM. The event included 16 IEEE and 4 non-IEEE Student members as participants. The workshop began with an interactive session on basics of IoT and its infinites possibilities. The delegates were introduced to various types of sensors and how to control them using Raspberry Pi , Arduino as well as node MCU. Hands-on training session in which usage of different types of sensors using node MCU, IFTTT were also provided.
