Filmmaking Workshop

A workshop on filmmaking was organized by IEEE Computer Society of Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology on 11th April,2019. There was a talk followed by a hands-on session, attended by the IEEE and non-IEEE student members from the institute. The session with Mr. Karthik Rajagopal opened new and unexplored paths for the students. The workshop mainly focused on the technicalities of film making and photography. The session explained the physics involved in film making and various engineering aspects involved in each and every part of a film. The filmmaker narrated on how many known movies portrayed graphics and special effects through physics and engineering.
